Provinces operate like their own army. we don't tell them what to do or how to do it. they make all decisions entirely on their own. Also, they are better than allies. provinces and their "host army" can come to no ally wars together. also, provinces of Sky Troops can help each other in no allies war due to their connection through ST. if you would like to join BPA as a province of the Sky Troops, just comment on the becoming a province page. if not, its fine. i understand.

I have to say not all of my army will come since they cant kinda find the site so ill turn up with my buds hopefull since im a new army and its only made yesterday so yeah I will come and I will recruit a little bit so yeah you can count on me coming and I will recruit for my army to expand and yeah we can be allies
